happy birthday, Peter Hook - the brilliant bassist of Joy Division and New Order. Since I’m more of a Joy Division fan, 9 out of the 10 songs are by them… but New Order’s “The Perfect Kiss” is a mid-80s masterpiece of an otherworldly sort.

- “Love Will Tear Us Apart” - video for the song that made me a fan for life.
